FRIDAYS™ (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a non-clinical testing coordination service operated by Terravian Enterprises. We connect consumers with independent, CLIA-certified laboratory partners and licensed clinicians for STD testing services. We do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

We collect only the minimum information necessary to coordinate your testing appointment:

• Identity Information: Name, date of birth
• Contact Information: Email address, phone number
• Booking Information: Selected test, location, date, and time
• Payment Information: Processed securely by our third-party payment processor; we do not store card details

• To schedule and coordinate your testing appointment with our lab partners
• To send booking confirmations and result notifications
