FRIDAYS™ is a non-clinical testing coordination service operated by Terravian Enterprises. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Nature of Services

FRIDAYS™ provides testing coordination and logistics — including booking, scheduling, and payment facilitation. We are not a medical provider, laboratory, or clinic. All tests are performed by independent, CLIA-certified laboratory partners. Clinical review of results, where required, is conducted by independently licensed clinicians. FRIDAYS™ does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.

3. CPOM Compliance

FRIDAYS™ operates in compliance with applicable Corporate Practice of Medicine (CPOM) laws. All clinical decisions and medical services are rendered by independently licensed healthcare professionals who maintain full autonomy over their clinical judgment.

4. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age requirements in your jurisdiction to use our services. In most areas, individuals 18 and older may book without restriction. Minors may require parental or guardian consent depending on local regulations.

5. Booking & Payment

All prices are clearly displayed before booking. Payment is collected at the time of booking. Cancellations more than 24 hours before your appointment receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a processing fee.

6. Privacy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect only the minimum information necessary for scheduling and do not share your information with employers or insurance companies.

7. Limitation of Liability

FRIDAYS™ is a coordination service and is not liable for the clinical services provided by our independent laboratory and clinician partners. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FRIDAYS™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
